Turquoise and Timber Design
Its always important to mix your colours well. I find this decision, one of the most important when finalising your home wares styles. Your colour choice will set the mood or theme of the room your decorating. I personally always use timber pieces as part of my styling and adding colour back to timber is very important as it can look bland and lifeless without colour to highlight its features.
All this being said one of my favourite colour mixes is Timber and Turquoise.

What colour do you like to mix with Timber?
I find that timber is soo beautiful and forgiving that it truly goes with everything. But I like blues and brown too.
I really like the rich turquoise colour, I have a painted striped wall with turquoise, light and dark grey and it goes so well together.
As for wood tones, I love my bright green rug against my rich jarrah floorboards I think the contrast makes them both look fantastic.
