COLOUR TRENDS 2011…OR THE 90’s
Accents of Lime Greens…..
I am going to break down the colour trends for 2011 in my own Visual way.
As you can see some of the colours we already know about, they have just toned them down and added whites and now we have a lot of pastel versions of what we already liked.
I say “Hello the 90’s.”
I just renovated a Coral kitchen back to white maybe 1 cabinet should have
stayed so I looked so 2011.
Maybe if you were planning on redecorating that home you bought in the 90’s
Stop! Collaborate and Listen (sorry couldn’t help quoting that great 90’s icon Vanilla Ice)
Maybe you don’t need to change the paint after all.
Ok I am kidding of course…..now back to the serious colour trends.
Corals with Greys.
Smoke….Blue Greys
Fern Greens as a backdrop to the Corals, Pinks and Aqua’s
Soft Light Grey
Putty Browns that have a pink undertone.
Sandy whites also with a Pink undertone.
Buttery Golden Yellow
Soft Huey Blues
Strong Aqua accents
of course Bright bold pink is the highlight.

Remember you don’t need to bring Marrakech into your home its just the colours mixed and mashed that creates the feel and adds the colour trends of 2011 to 2010.
