That moment you realise the new paint colour probably won’t match the old blinds.
The Moment you realise the old blinds may not match the new paint colour….
Its the moment when its too late. When Husband has patched everything and done all the cutting in…..everywhere.
You think being in the business I would have thought this through a little better. But new blinds may not be a bad thing. Just an unexpected Budget blow out.
They are a greeny taupe colour with a yellowy undertone which looked perfect with the Dulux Ecru walls.
as you can see this looked great below, but I think they are going to be wasted on the new Dulux Buff It, Grey Beige colour we are going for.
I think we may need some white timbers, what do you think?
This is the perfect time to tell you all.
Thanks to Tracey at Crocker Paint and Wallpaper,
tomorrow we are having a HUGE GIVE AWAY.
HUGE I TELL YOU.
I wouldn’t worry yet. I think the khaki colour might look good with the grey/beige colour. Although you are not really going to know until that 2nd coat goes on. Or unless you do a test on a piece of white paper.
Can’t wait to hear about the giveaway.
I know your right, I think I am pre empting the possibility more to prepare the hard working husband.
The Give Away is Huge….and great for the September spring clean.
Oh dear, but new blinds is a nice option and I think white timber would be lovely xx
Thanks for popping in Nellie, yes I think the white will look great if need be.
Oh dear. But good that you’re seeing the positives! Xx
Always, glass is half full here lovely…..
Amazing post on Paints.
