As chances have it I got to meet and amazing Perth photographer on Melbourne Cup day. I was able to chat design blogs, decorating and photography with her and lucky for me she took some amazing photographs of me in my home. 

In return I was lucky enough to see how inspirational her own home is and she was kind enough to let me share it with all of you.

Annelie Hansen is a Swedish born New Zealand loving (that’s her partner’s fault he is from there) Perth photographer with a love of photography and design. Annelie and her family have made Perth their home after travelling extensively and aren’t we the lucky ones.

Annelie has a wonderful talent for capturing unexpected and truly real moments of time. 

As you can see she has been able to find these moments with her own children.

Annelie has created a beautiful, relaxed environment with her own home, it is unpretentious and interesting with little snippets of personality that make you want to venture over and see what exactly is on that dresser or buffet.

She mixes textures, surfaces and styles to create a very personal style. I personally love it.
