Mixing your Cushion Patterns. 2 Looks 1 Sofa.

2 Looks 1 sofa.
I know sometimes its hard to imagine how to introduce new colours to a Sofa. I thought I would show you how to add and swap out colours for a new look.
Also a great way to introduce pattern and texture.
The first look combines some great patterns with lots of neautral backgrounds and the addition of two solid colours to thread through the patterns.
1.Keep it simple to start with and dont step too far out of the sofa colour option while you are getting used to pattern mixing.
2. Add solid colours to balance.
3. Start with one cushion with pattern and then add in more with your sizes and colours in mind.
Now its time to add in a new colour. Choose a  colour you are wanting to head into and match it with your sofa.
1. Again use some solid colour cushions too keep the it safe until your ready to mix your patterns.
2. Use your new colour addition to set the tone of the rest of your choices.
3. Take it one cushion at a time.
A busy day ahead so this post is short and sweet. Have a great Monday my Elements friends.
All these cushions can be found here

  1. I love mixing up my coushins, patterns and colours you wouldn’t think go together but absolutely do! My dark chocolate brown leather couch is a great base for them as well pretty much any colour pops on there :)
