The Pool is finished now we need the Cabana boy.

Finally we have got some finishing touches to our pool are and I thought I would share.
We are still waiting to find some “perfect” outdoor cushions made for the bench but for now its all come together wonderfully. Without breaking the bank.
Sorry for so many of the same photos just a little excited.

Happy Tuesday

  1. M, I was trying WOW, thanks for noticing.

K, I hear you…its nearly 40 here in Perth. Actually too hot to swim.

Jenny, the glass fencing was installed by Hubby, he looked up how to and found a place that helps you diy. He is too clever. It does add a luxury feel.;)

  2. Worth all the effort, it looks very flash and very inviting! A few cushions would just finish it off nicely and I hope to see what you choose. ;-)

  3. Now that has the WOW factor! I love the wall decal…just perfect. Do you have to heat the pool in Perth during winter like you do in Melbourne?

    Mrs B xxo

  4. Hi Mrs B, we do heat the pool..more so because its concrete and the sun just doesn’t stay overhead very long in this area. We have used an electric heater that is similar to an air conditioner where it switches off once it gets to a certain temp…more economical and it means year round use not just in summer. The pool blanket then keeps the warmth in also.
Can I say this pool is small but the use we have all had out of it has made it even more worth it. Friends and family worried we didn’t have enough yard for our son but he has got more use out of this than any of the yard space……
Thanks for all your lovely comments.

  5. Looks amazing, you’ve done a fabulous job! We’ve just renovated our old pool, still not finished in the zhushing department though so I’ll post all the pics when it’s done. Enjoy the hot weather – we’ve had next to no summer here so I envy you! K xx

  6. Oh that has some serious wow happening!! Love your frameless glass, I have regretted not doing that (we did the semi frameless) and now I have seen yours, I know I should have followed my heart (and not my budget ha!). Stunning, well done!
