I have just had my new heating installed and I am finally warm. We have just finished another day in our long cold snap and I am hoping this post finds you all keeping warm and cosy.

A fire place is quite impressive and I love the ones in the stone wall. Glad you finally have some heating at your new home.
Just joined your blog .. such great posts. This fireplace one is perfect for me as I am currently ‘in discussions’ with the Mr re: running stone to the top … or stopping where a normal manetel would sit. These pics have both kinds .. so thanks (-:
